Our Quality System complies with ISO-9001.In house capabilities include Spectrographic Analysis, Radiographic Inspection {X-Ray}, Liquid Penetrate Inspection, Magnetic Particle Test and CMM Inspection.

	Spectrographic Analysis: We use manual chemical composition analyzer to monitor the requirements and verify it regularly by spectrometer for both incoming metals and parts in process

NDT & DT: We perform both Destructive Test (DT) for samples and Non-Destructive Test at sample and batch stages with Dye Penetrant Test and Magnetic Particle Test and Radiographic Inspection {X-Ray}. Our inspectors can certify to your specification. Note: X-Ray carried by independent Laboratory.

	Dimensional Inspection: Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) can be performed by us through an independent Laboratory to inspect detailed dimensions.

	Mechanical Property Tests: Tensile Strength, Yielding Strength, Elongation and Impact Tests can be carried out by us through an Independent Laboratory to check Mechanical Properties.
